Avalon Organics - LAVENDER Nourishing Conditioner

I'm too happy to review this Avalon Organics brand. Avalon Organics is characterized by using certified organic ingredients (NSF). It is credited and certified by Leaping Bunny as a company that does not test on animals. Unfortunately in Chile, we do not have the full range of products.

We only get shampoos, conditioners, Shower gels and Body lotions in the following varieties: 

• Grapefruit and geranium: Smoothing
• Lemon: Clarifying (deep cleaning)
• Lavender: Nutrition
• Olive and Grape Seed: Moisturiser

I have been using the lemon bath and shower gel to scrub clean my body everyday. I love scent and it's not over powering. I'm running low on my LEMON shower gel so I have purchased another bottle of Avalon Organics in OLIVE & GRAPE SEED to try out a different option of the brand. I also use their body lemon body lotion combined with tissue oil. I will discuss the lotions and shower gels in more detail in my upcoming blogs.

I will admit that these products are a bit pricey for as a South African living in Chile but I think they are worth it because ingredients 70% are organic.They organic extracts as aloe, sunflower oil, olive oil, chamomile extract, butter, orange oil, grapefruit oil, jojoba oil and hydrolyzed wheat protein. The packaging is made ​​of recycled plastic. Also, this brand contains no sulfates (lauryl or laureth), silicones or parabens.

Now lets discuss the conditioners in detail,

One thing I loved was the consistency. It is exquisitely creamy and dense, almost like a mask treatment. I did not expect that at all. I use the LAVENDER Nourishing Conditioner. My natural so I always avoid products that strip hair. The mode of use is like any conditioner, except that the company says you must leave the conditioner 1-3 minutes to lock in nourishment. With this much oil you would think this conditioner will leave your hair heavy or greasy, but not at all.
