Fitness Saturday | 15 Minute Cardio Exercises with Scissor Kicks

❤♡❤ This week's Fitness Saturdays video is on a variety of scissor that will make you sweat and lose a lot of weight. Cardio exercises with scissor kicks to lose weight and tone. These exercises literally take only 15 minutes out of your life when done correctly. Perfect daily routine in the morning and evening. We all have to start somewhere to banish fat and boost our  metabolism. I use lukewarm lemon water to activate my metabolism.❤♡❤


I start off by warming up and stretching. I do 4 to 5 reps of these exercises. Also in between my exercises I take 20 seconds breaks.
