Nail Tutorial | Gel Nails at Home

On a recent trip to mall, I bought the Essence gel nails at home mini LED lamp and their peel off gel base. The peel off gel base lasts up to 10 days. I decided to try out this system because I was very curious. This system promises a high shine gel manicure that's quick and easy.

The mini LED lamp comes with a USB cable which make it super easy to take on trips. We will see how long this manicure lasts, fingers crossed!!!

Challenge yourself to do more rounds each week or day and see how far you have come. Perfect daily routine in the morning and evening. We all have to start somewhere to bust those chops into shape and boost our metabolism. I use lukewarm lemon water to activate my metabolism.❤♡❤


I start off by warming up and stretching. I do 4 to 5 reps of these exercises. Also in between my exercises I take 20 seconds breaks.

10 Crunches
20 Butt Lifts
20 Lunges
20 Booty Push

Nail Tutorial | Watercolor manicure

♥How to: Watercolor manicure, no water or nail polish remover needed!! ♥

Prep. File your nails into the desired shape, push back your cuticles — DO NOT CUT THEM! — and then apply one layer of a base coat polish if you wish. Be sure to allow time for your base coat to dry.

Choose your own nail polish color palette. Then, grab a sponge and apply your chosen colors to the its tip. 

Dab the sponge with the polish onto your nails. Every time you need to pick up more polish to create your design, just apply more nail polish to your sponge. Soften and blend the colors together. Finally, seal with a topcoat. It makes all the difference.
